Do you accept purchase orders?
If you choose to buy direct from Schonstedt, purchase orders must be processed through our main office. Please call (800) 999-8280 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know when would be a good time to call and talk direct to you. You may also contact our Authorized Dealers, some do accept purchase orders.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Schonstedt Instrument Company charges sales tax only to West Virginia customers.
How do I cancel an order?
Send all cancellation instructions for orders to email@example.com within 2 hours. If your order has already shipped please refuse shipment or return ship it to Schonstedt Instrument Company. You will be notified via email when your credit is processed. There is a restocking fee of $50.00 (US dollars).
How do I return something?
All returning products must be returned within 7 business days. You must contact Schonstedt Sales department or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. You will be notified via email with further instructions on returning products. Credits will be processed upon receipt of returned merchandise in new and unused condition within original carton(s). There is a restocking fee of $50.00 (US dollars).
